Ben España is a strong proponent of plaintiffs’ rights and is dedicated to working tirelessly for every client to reach a just and equitable resolution. He first developed his passion for helping personal injury victims by working as a Law Clerk for a small personal injury firm where he worked until graduating law school in 2019. Shortly after graduating, Ben joined Strong Law.
Ben graduated magna cum laude from Pacific University with his B.A. in Music Education, and went on to obtain his Master’s degree in Choral Conducting from Portland State University. While still an active member of the performing arts scene in Portland, he decided to also obtain his Juris Doctor at Lewis & Clark Law School, where he found time to be published in the Lewis & Clark Law Review for his research in Immigration Law and also was an extern for the Hon. Judge Darleen Ortega on the Oregon Court of Appeals. He brings a unique breadth of knowledge and skill to the practice of law and puts that knowledge and skill to work for his clients with empathy, precision, and fortitude.
