Strong Law was established in 2016 and we previously began on the other side of the table as a defense attorney for GEICO Insurance. Through a series of experiences we decided to use our talents to help the victims of personal injury. Our Attorneys
Jed Strong is the founder of Strong Law. He knows that accident injuries can be devastating to individuals and families, so he does everything in his power to ensure his clients recover every bit of compensation they deserve. Prior to representing accident victims, Jed worked for GEICO insurance company as one of its in-house attorneys – representing the insurance companies. After learning the inner workings of insurance companies, he quit and began representing accident victims. Jed currently uses his inside knowledge of insurance companies to help advocate for his clients. From the very beginning of a claim, Jed advises and helps his clients to pursue the best course to recover from their injuries and receive the most compensation possible. Jed currently uses his inside knowledge of insurance companies to help advocate for his clients.
Peter began his career at Ark Law Group where he tirelessly defended people’s homes from foreclosure. He fought against the biggest financial institutions in the country and helped people keep their homes through the toughest times in their lives. After seeing the injustice of the banking industry and insurance companies, Peter joined Strong Law as an Associate Attorney where he tirelessly fights for his clients to be treated fairly by insurance companies. Peter brings a wealth of litigation experience to Strong Law after having spent years handling litigation for numerous insurance companies. Peter channels his litigation experience and passion for people, by dedicating himself to keeping his clients informed, and fighting for those who have been injured, have no voice, and have been treated unfairly by the insurance industry.
Ben España is a strong proponent of plaintiffs’ rights and is dedicated to working tirelessly for every client to reach a just and equitable resolution. He first developed his passion for helping personal injury victims by working as a Law Clerk for a small personal injury firm until he worked until graduating law school in 2019. Shortly after graduating, Ben joined Strong Law. Ben graduated magna cum laude from Pacific University with his B.A. in Music Education, and went on to obtain his Master’s degree in Choral Conducting from Portland State University. While still an active member of the performing arts scene in Portland, he decided to also obtain his Juris Doctor at Lewis & Clark Law School, where he found time to be published in the Lewis & Clark Law Review for his research in Immigration Law and also was an extern for the Hon.
