Section 1 – What do we do with your information on our website?

Your privacy is our concern. When you use our site, we use it for the purposes of expediting and serving you as quickly as possible. We collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address for the purposes of helping you. We don’t do anything with that information. We will not sell your information or share it with anyone outside of our law office.  We will use your email, with your permission, to communicate with you regarding your case, signing of documents, and helping you maintain control over your case.

Your contact information will remain within our walls and will not be shared with outside people or groups. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Agreement.

Our site is hosted by Pantheon.io. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to broadcast our business and services to you.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
